Die Filteranlage

Die mobile Filteranlage vom Typ Cartmaster IFA ist dank der automatischen
Abreinigung besonders geeignet für Schweissarbeiten mit unlegierten und
legierten Stählen, verzinktem Material und Aluminium beistarkerRauchentwicklung.
Sie entspricht den sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen für Geräte der
Schweissrauchklasse "W3" (hochlegierte Stähle mit Legierungsbestandteilen 30 %
Nickelbasislegierung).Bei bestimmungsgemässer Verwendung kann die Anlage für den
Umluftbetrieb verwendetwerden, da die Voraussetzungen für die
Ausnahmeregelungen entsprechend der TRGS 560erfüllt werden. Das speziell
entwickelte, verschmutzungsabhängige Abreinigungssystem sorgt fürein gutes
Abreinigungsverhalten der Filterpatrone, so dass eine optimale Absaugleistung
während des gesamten Betriebes gewährleistet ist. Die abgereinigten Partikel
fallen in eine Staubsammellade aus der sieanschliessend entsorgt werden können.
Der leistungsstarke Schneckenventilator sorgt selbst bei gesättigten
Filterpatronen für einen hohen Volumenstrom.
Die Filtermedien

Ein Prallblech dient als Vorabscheider für grobe Partikel.
Die nachfolgend verbaute Filterpatrone (Staubklasse M, Abscheidegrad 99%)
filtert feinste Rauche und Staubpartikel. Die Patrone ist werksseitig

Cleaning particularly suitable for welding work with unalloyed and
alloyed steels, galvanized material and aluminum with heavy smoke development.
It corresponds to the safety requirements for devices
Welding fume class "W3" (high-alloy steels with alloy components 30%
Nickel-based alloy).If used as intended, the system can be used for the
Recirculation mode used because the requirements for the
Exceptions according to TRGS 560 are fulfilled. That special
developed, dirt-dependent cleaning system ensures a good
