SEMIX Mobile 60V is equipped with 1500/1000 liters capacity Concrete mixers which can be a single shaft, twin shaft, or planetary type mixers. In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio.

SEMIX Mobile 60V performs with a square-shaped aggregate storage hopper which can be fed with two ramps or with a prefeeding conveyor for aggregates.

All SEMIX Aggregate Storage hoppers are bent trapezoidal shape for having an extra strength. In the 60V model unlike the competitors, SEMIX is providing two separate conveyors for weighing & transferring the aggregate. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer conveyor. Having two separate conveyors providing accuracy in weighing and performance for reaching higher Concrete outputs.

All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate it their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.
SEMIX Mobile 60V est équipé de malaxeurs à béton ayant une capacité de 1500/1000 litres et dont le type être à arbre unique, double ou planétaire. Les malaxeurs à béton SEMIX NiHard4 ou Hardox 450 ont des couches de roulement qui sont utilisées selon le ratio de silicon de la recette de béton.

SEMIX Mobile 60V fonctionne avec une trémie de stockage d'agrégats de forme carrée qui peut être alimentée avec deux rampes ou avec un convoyeur de pré-alimentation pour les agrégats.

Toutes les trémies de stockage d'agrégats SEMIX sont pliées en forme trapézoïdale pour avoir une puissance plus forte. Pour le modèle 60V, contrairement aux concurrents, SEMIX fournit deux convoyeurs séparés pour le pesage et le transfert de l'agrégat. Les agrégats sont pesés dans le convoyeur de pesage qui transfère les agrégats vers le convoyeur de transfert. Deux convoyeurs séparés offrent la précision dans le pesage et la performance pour atteindre des rendements de béton plus élevés.

Toutes les centrales à béton SEMIX sont contrôlées par un système SCADA avec un PLC Schneider intégré. Les utilisateurs peuvent suivre tous les matériaux utilisés et les intégrer dans leur système CRM. L'équipe d'ingénieur de SEMIX peut intervenir dans le système d'automatisation en ligne pour fournir des services.
